教育經歷
劉明明，男，1987年12月出生，副教授，山東省臨沂市人。2009年6月獲得中國石油大學（北京）工商管理學院信息管理與信息系統專業管理學學士和石油工程學院石油工程專業工學學士雙學位；2009年9月進入中國石油大學（北京）工商管理學院管理科學與工程專業，次年獲得直攻石油工程管理專業博士學位研究生資格；期間，于2012年9月-2013年9月獲國家留學基金委資助，在美國路易斯安那州立大學能源研究中心訪問一年。2014年6月，獲得石油工程管理工學博士學位。

科研經歷
先后參與國家科技重大專項子課題、教育部哲學社會科學研究重大課題攻關項目等多個課題，長期從事深海油氣投資、財稅制度方面的研究，并發表多篇文章。
Mingming Liu is an assistant professor at the Academy of Chinese Energy Strategy. His primary research interest covers the oil, gas industry and is related to fiscal system analysis and modeling, deepwater oil and gas project investment and evaluating, risk management.
Dr. Liu received his doctorate in Petroleum Engineering Management from China University of Petroleum (Beijing), from which he also holds a BM in information management and information system and a BE in petroleum engineering. As a visiting scholar, he once worked at Center for Energy Studies, Louisiana State University and conducted research on deepwater decommissioning.
參與課題：
1、國家重大專項“大型油氣田及煤層氣開發”子課題“投資估算工具與經濟評價系統集成研發”（2011.1至今）：負責海上油氣田開發投資估算工具的研發，以及風險分析模型的建立；
2、“關于振華石油不同合同模式下效益最大化的研究”（2013.10至今）：振華石油控股有限公司委托，負責振華石油公司項目財稅制度模型構建、經營策略問題分析研究；
3、“非常規項目經濟評價方法研究”（2014.06至今）：中國石油天然氣勘探開發公司課題，負責非常規項目經濟評價模型構建及應用；
4、“我國深海石油發展戰略相關稅收政策研究”（2013.10-2014.03）：中海石油有限公司委托，負責財稅模型構建、稅費制度對比；
5、教育部哲學社會科學研究重大課題攻關項目“中國與全球油氣資源重點區域合作研究”（2010.1-2012.12）：參與中國海外油氣投資區域選擇決定因素的研究，以及國有化風險的分析。
6、國家重大專項“大型油氣田及煤層氣開發”子課題“西非及亞太地區海上典型油氣田的區域投資及經濟模型研究”（2008.1-2010.12）：負責投資數據庫的構建，并參與財稅條款對比部分研究。
7、教育部人文社會科學研究規劃基金項目“跨國石油投資與并購”（2008.9-2010.12）：參與跨國石油投資環境評估及其應用、國際石油財稅協議分析研究。
8、“CNODC海外資產價值管理”（2008.5-2008.12）：中國石油天然氣勘探開發公司課題，參與“CNODC項目綜合風險評估與排序”，利用VBA實現項目數據分級，參與整個評估與排序流程。
