劉洋,1972年10月生,湖北松滋人,博士,教授,博士生導師。
1989年9月在江漢石油學院物探系學習,1993年6月獲勘查地球物理專業工學學士學位;1993年9月在石油大學(北京)地球科學系攻讀碩士學位,1995年9月直攻博士,1998年6月獲應用地球物理專業工學博士學位。1998年9月留校任教,2000年12月晉升為副教授,2006年6月晉升為教授,2008年6月遴選為博士生導師。2008年9月至2009年8月在美國德克薩斯大學奧斯汀分校做訪問學者一年?,F任EAGE(歐洲地學家與工程師學會)中國分會副主席、SEG(國際勘探地球物理家學會)研究委員會委員、SEG大學與學生項目委員會委員、SEG主辦的國際SCI期刊《Geophysics》副主編、中國地球物理學會主辦的SCI期刊《Applied Geophysics》副主編、《石油地球物理勘探》和《石油物探》核心期刊編委。
在教學和人才培養方面,先后為本科生講授“C語言程序設計”、“地震勘探原理”等課程,為研究生講授“地球物理資料解釋”、“地震資料數字處理”等課程,參與高等院校石油天然氣類規劃教材“地震數據處理方法”的編寫。講授的“地震勘探原理”課程,錄制成61個視頻,上傳至酷6網、大學生自學網,供免費學習。2000年至今,累計授課/帶大作業50門次。已獨立指導全日制碩士研究生畢業58名、博士研究生畢業7名。2008年以來指導的研究生中,獲全國百篇優秀博士學位論文提名獎1次、李四光優秀碩士研究生獎1次、中國地球物理學會學術年會“優秀學生論文獎”7次、國際學術研討會“優秀學生報告獎”和“最佳口頭報告獎”各1次、全國大學生勘探地球物理大賽一等獎7次,7年內28人次出國參加美國SEG年會、歐洲EAGE年會。擔任SEG、EAGE學生分會指導教師期間,SEG學生分會于2014年、2016年兩次獲得全球“山峰學生分會”(從300多個中評選10余個),EAGE學生分會2016年、2017年連續兩年獲得全球“最佳學生分會”(從70多個中評選3個);2015年,指導學生組隊參加EAGE的FIELD大賽并獲全球第三名。作為主要負責人之一,2013年創辦“東方杯”全國大學生勘探地球物理大賽并已成功舉辦五屆大賽。
在科研及學術成果方面,長期從事地震勘探理論與方法研究工作,作為第一負責人完成教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”項目、“油氣資源與探測”國家重點實驗室“杰出人才”培育課題、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家863“探索導向類”項目、教育部回國留學啟動基金、中國石油科技中青年創新基金等科研項目多項,在地震波動方程數值模擬、逆時偏移成像、全波形反演、多分量地震和提高地震資料分辨率等方面的研究中取得進展。至今共發表期刊論文143篇、國際會議論文68篇,被SCI收錄55篇、EI收錄76篇。以第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI論文45篇,其中國際SCI期刊論文30篇。2010年發表在美國《Geophysics》期刊上的論文被SEG主辦的期刊《The Leading Edge》報道為地球物理亮點(Geophysics Bright Spots);發表在英國《Geophysical Journal International》、美國《Geophysics》期刊上的2篇論文入選2012年SEG出版的地球物理再版系列書(Geophysics Reprints Series book)《Numerical Modeling of Seismic Wave Propagation: Gridded Two-way Wave-equation Methods》,該書從20余種國際期刊、國際會議上發表的論文中遴選出78篇文獻;1篇論文2014年獲得國際SCI期刊《Journal of Geophysics and Engineering》最佳論文獎(Best Paper Award)。完成7項國家軟件著作權登記,獲8項授權國家發明專利,獲省部級科技進步一等獎2項、二等獎2項,獲省部級教育成果一等獎1項、二等獎1項。曾獲1999年度中國地球物理學會傅承義青年科技獎、2011年度劉光鼎地球物理青年科技獎,入選2010年度教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃。
