劉志娜，女，河南濮陽人，1982年9月出生。2005年畢業于北京科技大學土木工程系獲學士學位；2008年畢業于北京科技大學巖土工程系獲碩士學位（期間2007-2008年在香港理工大學土木與結構工程系完成碩士論文）；2014年畢業于瑞典烏普薩拉大學（Uppsala University）地球科學系獲博士學位，并榮獲2013年國家優秀自費留學生獎學金。2014年11月起在中國石油大學（北京）從事教學與研究工作。
研究方向：構造地質學；構造模擬（物理砂箱試驗與離散元數值模擬）；地質災害滑坡
