2013年由教育部主辦，我校SPE學生分會承辦的“全國博士生論壇”即將拉開大幕。為獻禮此次論壇，SPE 2005年全球主席Giovanni Paccaloni將于2013年5月19日上午9點帶來關于“工作學習內驅力”的講座。作為意大利國家能源控股公司——埃尼集團的高管及多項石油專利技術的擁有者，他將以自己豐富的工作經驗、領導才能及人生閱歷，帶你現場親身體驗內驅力的強大作用。追求卓越，引領創新，這些都離不開自身強大的內在驅動力。Giovanni將以其獨特的視角，以一名石油從業者的身份，帶你領略不同的思想維度。

主講人簡介：Giovanni Paccaloni
2005年SPE全球主席，現任意大利Paccaloni國際能源公司能源顧問。碩士畢業于意大利博洛尼亞大學工業化學專業，1971年進入意大利能源巨頭——意大利國家能源公司（ENI），擔任技術顧問，并在世界各地領導生產活動。他曾擔任生產優化技術部門經理，勘探開發實驗室副總裁，鉆井生產優化部門副總裁以及科研發展計劃副總裁等等。1986年成為SPE會員，1995-1999年任歐洲、非洲區的區域理事；2000年獲SPE優秀會員；多項專利獲得者：MAPDIR基質增產技術等；多次在JPT、SPEPE等核心期刊上發表文章。2005年起擔任東北石油大學和西安石油大學榮譽教授。
演講內容摘要：
This workshop investigates the roots of the huge amount of energy required to sustain the hard, yet highly rewarding journey toward excellence. No one organization can reach consistent high levels of excellence, unless a critical mass of its students or employees does: the path to excellence is personal, before being collective; it implies personal choice, and a clear commitment to approach life as a creative work, rather than as a sequel of reactive responses to external solicitations.
The workshop is thought to be very interactive, with direct involvement of participants in "out of the box" thinking and brainstorming.
Attendees will share views on the sources, the rewards and the outcomes of Intrinsic Motivation, as the main driver to creativity, personal mastery, engagement and extraordinary performance.
