            Notice of Registration for China University of Petroleum (Beijing) 2020 Online Sports Meeting

            為貫徹落實習近平總書記對學校體育提出的,讓學生享受運動樂趣、強健體魄、健全人格和錘煉意志的“四位一體”目標。貫徹落實中國石油大學(北京)《新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作方案》的總體部署,切實做到一手抓疫情防控,一手抓事業發展。在眾志成城防控疫情的特殊時刻,號召廣大學生發揚“崇尚體育、健全人格” 石大體育理念,打造抗擊疫情的健康的學習與生活方式,特舉辦本屆賽會。

            In order to implement the "Four in One" goal put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping for school physical education, which is to let students enjoy the fun of sports, build a strong body, improve their personality and temper. Implement the overall deployment of "Novel Coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Plan" by China University of Petroleum (Beijing), and truly focus on epidemic prevention and control with one hand and career development with the other. At the special moment of the epidemic prevention and control, we call on students to carry forward the concept of "advocating sports and perfecting personality" and build a healthy way of study and life to fight against the epidemic.

            三、比賽地點

            線上比賽:運動場、居家、院子、空曠廣場、公園或田間地頭等人員分散安全區域。

            III. Venue

            Online competition: safe areas for people such as sports grounds, home, yards, open squares, parks or fields.

             

            四、比賽單位

            甲組是地球科學學院、石油工程學院、化學工程與環境學院、機  械與儲運學院、地球物理學院、安全與海洋工程學院、新能源與材料學院、信息科學與工程學院、理學院、經濟管理學院共 10 個單位。

            乙組是外國語學院、馬克思主義學院、非常規油氣科學技術研究院、國際教育學院、網絡與繼續教育學院共 5 個單位。

            IV. Competition Units

            Group A consists of 10 units: School of Geoscience, School of Petroleum Engineering, School of Chemical Engineering and Environment, School of Machinery and Transportation, School of Geophysics, School of Safety and Marine Engineering, School of New Energy and Materials, School of Information Science and Engineering, School of Science, School of Economics and Management.

            Group B consists of the School of Foreign Languages, The School of Marxism, the Institute of Unconventional Oil and Gas Science and Technology, the School of International Education, and the School of Network and Continuing Education.

            六、報名方法

            每人最多報名參加兩個項目的比賽(不包括太極拳和健美操項目)。

            報名選手請在6月12日下午16點前填寫報名表單。在6月16日下午16點前將參賽視頻統一發送到郵箱:xzq@cup.edu.cn,用“項目名稱+中文名+學號”命名郵件標題及視頻。

            VI. Registration method

            Each person can sign up for a maximum of two events (excluding Tai Chi and aerobics).

            Please fill out the registration form before 16pm, June 12. Please send the video to xzq@cup.edu.cn before 16:00 on June 16, and use "sport event name + Chinese name + student number" to name the email title and video.

            七、競賽紀律

            1.本次比賽為線上比賽,如出現作弊、投訴等情況,經核實,如有違例,成績取消。

            2.比賽時注意儀表、服飾。

            3.視頻所拍攝的視線范圍內,背景及周邊沒有不良圖片、物品、語言條幅等。

            4.任何違規違紀行為將按照《中國石油大學(北京)學生管理條例》等相關規定處理。

            VII. Competition discipline

            1. This competition is online. If there is cheating or complaint, the result will be cancelled after verification.

            2. Pay attention to appearance and dress during the competition.

            3. Within the line of sight of the video, there are no bad pictures, articles or language banners in and around the background.

            4. Any violation of discipline will be dealt with in accordance with the Regulations on Student Administration of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) and other relevant regulations.

             

            八、參賽安全提示

            1.請充分考量自己身體情況及運動強度,務必保證個人安全!比賽前一定提前做好充分的準備活動,避免受傷;比賽過程中若有身體不適(如心慌、氣短、頭暈等),請馬上停止比賽,進行觀察,必要時及時就醫。比賽后應進行拉伸放松。

            2.比賽時請注意參賽環境安全,周圍一定要有足夠的無障礙空間,避免交通等意外傷害事故發生。

            VIII. Safety tips

            1. Please fully consider your physical condition and exercise intensity, and be sure to ensure personal safety! Make full preparations in advance to avoid injury; If you feel unwell during the race (such as palpitation, shortness of breath, dizziness, etc.), please stop the race immediately, observe, and seek medical advice if necessary. Stretch and relax after the game.

            2. During the competition, please pay attention to the safety of the environment. There must be enough barrier-free space around the competition to avoid traffic accidents and other injuries.

            Annex 1: Detailed rules for each event

             

            一、1 分鐘男子單腳踢毽

            1.技術動作標準:運動員單腳支撐,用另一只腳的腳內側或外側  或下肢的任意部位體健,踢毽后該腳需要觸及地面,接著抬起進行下   次踢毽。左右腿可交替進行,也可一側連續踢毽幾次再換另一側。

            2.技術犯規規定:毽子落地或用手接毽即為出現失誤,則該次不記錄。

            3.名次判定標準:以 1 分鐘時間完成次數多者名次列前。

            4.比賽展示位置:拍攝畫面要完整看到踢毽正面動作或側面動作,出現背面動作后必須立即調整到正面。

            1. Men's kicking shuttlecock in 1 minute

            1) Technical action standard: the athlete supports with one foot and is healthy with the inside or outside of the other foot or any part of the lower limb. After kicking the shuttlecock, the foot needs to touch the ground and then lift it for the next kick. The left and right legs can be alternated, or one side can continuously kick shuttlecock several times and then change the other side.

            2) Technical foul: shuttlecock landing or hand shuttlecock catching is a mistake, the time will not be recorded.

            3) Ranking criteria: those who have completed more within one minute will rank higher.

            4) Display position: The front or side action of the kick shuttlecock must be fully seen in the shooting picture. The rear action must be adjusted to the front immediately.

             

            二、1 分鐘女子單腳踢毽

            1.技術動作標準:運動員單腳支撐,用另一只腳的腳內側或外側  或下肢的任意部位體健,踢毽后該腳需要觸及地面,接著抬起進行下次踢毽。左右腿可交替進行,也可一側連續踢毽幾次再換另一側。

            2.技術犯規規定:毽子落地或用手接毽即為出現失誤,則該次不記錄。

            3.名次判定標準:以 1 分鐘時間完成次數多者名次列前。

            4.比賽展示位置:拍攝畫面要完整看到踢毽正面動作或側面動作,出現背面動作后必須立即調整到正面。

            2. Women's kicking shuttlecock 1 minute

            1) Technical action standard: the athlete supports with one foot and is healthy with the inside or outside of the other foot or any part of the lower limb. After kicking the shuttlecock, the foot needs to touch the ground and then lift it for the next kicking. The left and right legs can be alternated, or one side can continuously kick shuttlecock several times and then change the other side.

            2) Technical foul: Shuttlecock landing or handpicking is a mistake, and the time will not be recorded.

            3) Ranking criteria: those who have completed more times in one minute shall be ranked first.

            4) Display position in the game: The front or side action of the shuttlecock kicking should be seen completely in the shooting picture. The rear action must be adjusted to the front immediately.

             

            三、1 分鐘男子跳繩雙搖

            1.技術動作標準:運動員原地進行跳躍,騰空一次,搖繩過雙腳  兩次,計數為一,累計進行。

            2.技術犯規規定:只做單搖或連續單搖,該次數不記錄。

            3.名次判定標準:以 1 分鐘內完成次數多者名次列前。

            4.比賽展示位置:拍攝畫面要完整看到雙搖跳繩正面或側面動作。

            III. Men jump rope double shake in 1 minute

            1. Technical action standard: the athlete jumps in place, leaps up once, swings the rope over his feet twice, counts as one, and accumulates.

            2. Technical foul: only single shake or continuous single shake, the number of times will not be recorded.

            3. Ranking criteria: those who have completed more than one minute will be ranked first

            4. Competition display position: The shooting picture should be complete to see the double-swing jump rope front or side action.

             

            四、1 分鐘女子跳繩

            1.技術動作標準:運動員原地進行跳躍,比賽以搖動繩子成功跳  過次數為計分方法,累計進行。

            2.技術犯規規定:搖動一次跳動多次只計一次。

            3.名次判定標準:以 1 分鐘內完成次數多者名次列前。

            4.比賽展示位置:拍攝畫面要完整看到跳繩正面或側面動作。

            IV. Women jump rope within 1 minute

            1. Standard of technical action: athletes will jump in place. The number of successful jumps by shaking the rope will be counted and accumulated.

            2. Technical foul regulation: shake a jump many times only counted once.

            3. Ranking criteria: those who have completed more than one minute will be ranked first.

            4. Competition display position: the shooting picture should be complete to see the jumping rope front or side movements.

             

            五、平板支撐(男、女)

            1.技術動作標準:運動員在地板上或墊上身體保持俯臥姿勢,上  臂垂直于地面,前臂緊貼地面;雙腿伸直,兩腳分開約一腳距離,用腳尖和前臂支撐身體,始終保持頭、肩、臀、腳成一條直線,保持均勻呼吸。

            2.技術犯規規定:臀部翹起或腰部塌陷均視為犯規,出現犯規即  刻停表,比賽結束。

            3.名次判定標準:記錄從開始到結束的時間,以完成時間長者名  次列前。

            4.比賽展示位置:從側面拍攝,可清晰看到平板支撐全部動作,  從頭到腳的位置都應清晰展示在內,否則無效。

            V. Plank support (male and female)

            1. Technical action standard: the athlete shall be in a prone position with his/her upper arm perpendicular to the ground and his/her forearm close to the ground. Keep your legs straight and your feet about a foot apart. Use your toes and forearms to support your body. Always keep your head, shoulders, hips and feet in a straight line.

            2. Technical fouls: hips sticking up or waist collapsing will be regarded as a foul. If a foul occurs, the watch will be suspended and the game is over.

            3. Ranking criteria: Record the time from start to finish to complete the time before the senior name.

            4. Competition display position: All movements of the plank can be clearly seen from the side, and the position from head to foot should be clearly displayed, otherwise it will be invalid.

             

            六、太極拳

            1.視頻提交要求:參賽內容為本學期體育課程講授的太極拳起勢

            到第十五式轉身左蹬腳結束,全景拍攝,音樂為指定音樂,不能有剪輯和鏡頭切換。

            2.名次判定:按照體育課程太極拳考試評判標準進行評判。

            VI. Taijiquan

            1) Video submission requirements: The content of the competition is Taijiquan, which is taught in the physical education course of this semester.

            Turn to the end of the 15th “turn and kick with lift heel”, panoramic shooting, music should be  the specified music, no editing and camera switch.

            2) Ranking judgment: judging according to the standard of Taijiquan examination in PE course.

             

            七、健美操

            1.視頻提交要求:參賽內容為所提供視頻中的健美操大眾鍛煉標準三級組合,正面全景拍攝,音樂為指定音樂,不能有剪輯和鏡頭切換。

            2.名次判定:按照體育課程健美操考試評判標準進行評判。

            VII. Aerobics

            1. Video submission requirements: The content of the competition is the three-level combination of aerobics mass exercise standard in the video. The front panorama shooting and the music is the designated music without editing or camera switching.

            2. Ranking judgment: According to the evaluation standard of aerobics examination of physical education course.

             

            所有參賽項目橫屏拍攝,單反相機拍攝要求用三腳架穩定,手機拍攝時最好能夠保持手機穩定;請衣著整齊,在光線充足、安靜的環境下拍攝;拍攝背景干凈、整潔、面部與身體軀干部位無遮擋;所有參賽學生嚴禁弄虛作假、冒名頂替。

            All the participating projects should be shot on horizontal screen. SLR camera should be stable with tripod. It is best to keep the mobile phone stable when shooting. Please dress neatly and shoot in a quiet and well-lit environment. The background is clean and tidy with no shading of the face and torso. Fraud and impostor are strictly prohibited for all participating students.
