趙宏林,男,工學博士,教授,江蘇省泰興市人。1985年畢業于哈爾濱船舶工程學院機械制造工藝與設備專業,獲學士學位;1988年畢業于北京機床研究所機械制造專業,獲碩士學位;1999年畢業于西安理工大學機械設計及理論專業,獲博士學位。 1988年7月起工作于北京機床研究所,2002年2月調入中國石油大學(北京)。主要從事海洋石油裝備、聲波測井儀、管道維搶修機具、仿真及擬實技術、機床基礎理論、機械設計理論與方法、先進制造技術等方面的科研和教學工作。先后負責或參加了三十余項973、863、國家重大專項和國家自然科學基金等課題的研究工作,先后發表科技論文80余篇。獲得省部級科技進步二等獎(1993年、1996年、2002年)三次、三等獎(1999年、2001年、2014年)三次;取得國家發明專利8項。
