近年來一直從事項氧化物薄膜和異質結的制備與光電特性研究。作為負責人結題國家自然科學基金面上項目1項。作為骨干參加國家自然科學基金面上項目1項,北京市自然基金項目一項,教育部重點項目一項,研究成果先后在包括Applied Physics Letters、J. Phys. Chem. C 在內的等刊物上發表SCI 收錄學術論文40多篇,其中第一作者論文13篇,申請相關的國家發明專利22項,已授權國家發明專利14項(其中第一申請人8項、第二申請人2項)。主講兩門本科生課程,三門研究生課。培養碩士研究生13人。
目前的研究興趣集中在氧化物半導體的低維結構的制備與光電性質。其中主要包括ZnO,InSnO2,Cu2O的納米線的制備和光電性質。歡迎報考。
