近日，中澳天然氣技術伙伴關系基金委公布了2015年度博士晉級獎學金評選結果，我校7名2013級博士生獲得資助，資助總金額達5.25萬澳元。本年度共有來自Curtin University、The University of Western Australia、天津大學等國內外知名高校的15名博士生獲獎，我校獲獎人數再創新高。
中澳天然氣技術伙伴關系基金由澳大利亞聯邦政府、西澳大利亞州政府和西北大陸架公司于2002年共同出資2500萬澳元成立，以支持中國發展天然氣工業，推動兩國的能源合作。自2009年起，該基金啟動獎學金計劃，每年撥付專項經費資助天然氣及相關領域博士生。至此，石大已有15名優秀博士生先后獲獎。
