張強斌，男，福建福州人，1965年3月生，中國致公黨員，博士，環境科學與工程系教授。長期從事環境科學領域的教學與科研工作，現主要研究方向為微量元素地球化學及環境分析與暴露評價等。先后主持參與省部級科研項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目及主任基金項目、國家科技重大專項等課題研究，在國內外刊物發表學術論文60余篇。曾獲“全國歸僑僑眷先進個人”（2018年）和“北京市歸僑僑眷先進個人”（2019年、2014年）、中國致公黨“全國優秀黨員”（2014年）和“北京市優秀干部”（2015年）、北京市政協“信息工作先進個人”（2019年、2017年）和“年度優秀提案”（2020年、2015年）、中國石油大學（北京）“優秀教師”和“優秀教學成果一等獎” （第五屆、第六屆）等稱號。
