藍興英，女，1977年11月生，畬族，福建省順昌人，博士，教授，博士生導師。1998年6月本科畢業于石油大學（北京），2004年6月獲石油大學（北京）化學工程與技術專業博士學位?，F為中國石油大學（北京）二級教授，國家級領軍人才，重質油全國重點實驗室常務副主任，碳中和未來技術學院執行院長，主講本科生課程《化學反應工程》、《人工智能導論》。擔任中國化工學會過程模擬及仿真專業委員會副秘書長、中國高等教育學會碳中和與清潔能源教育委員會副秘書長、中國化工學會女科技工作者第一屆委員會委員等，《Petroleum Science》和《石油科學通報》副主編。主要研究方向為石油加工、碳中和、智能化工、多相反應工程、化工過程模擬、機器學習等。作為項目負責人/研究骨干主持/參與國家自然科學基金重大項目2項、重點項目4項、聯合基金重點項目1項、優秀青年基金項目1項、培育項目1項、青年基金項目1項、重點研發項目子課題1項、973課題2項、中國石油和中國石化項目30余項。發表學術論文190余篇，SCI收錄150余篇，翻譯英文專著2部，授權和申請中國發明專利50余項，美國專利5項。入選國家級領軍人才，獲國家優秀青年科學基金資助，獲教育部新世紀優秀人才支持，獲中國石油和化學工業聯合會青年科技突出貢獻獎，獲國家科學技術進步獎二等獎1項，教育部自然科學獎一等獎1項，中國石油和化學工業協會科技進步一等獎2項，中國顆粒學會自然科學一等獎1項，中國化工學會基礎研究成果二等獎1項，中國石油化工集團公司科技進步一等獎1項。
